Meet Joni
Joni believes there is untapped potential in every leader and team—and alignment is what unlocks it, one mindset at a time.
For more than 20 years, Joni has helped leaders turn ambitious plans into lasting results by aligning the three things that make transformation stick: strategy, operations, and people. Before founding The Mindset Group, she spent over a decade at Deloitte and Booz Allen Hamilton, leading large-scale organizational change the old way—strategy first, mindset an afterthought, results that rarely held.
Today, Joni partners with CEOs, executive teams, and boards across tech, associations, and healthcare to build clarity on where they're going, structures that get them there, and belief that moves people forward together. The most powerful organizations form when people see a future worth building, know their role in it, and believe it's possible.
That philosophy is deeply personal. As a mom of two daughters, Joni teaches them the same mindset she brings to her work: dream bigger, believe in what's possible, and understand the future isn't something you wait for—it's something you help create, together.
Joni holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and Communication from The George Washington University, and has been featured on CBS, Cheddar News, and media outlets worldwide.
At the heart of her work is one belief: when leaders change how they think, their people change how they act—and that's when organizations actually transform.
