Joni Rae is the Founder of The Mindset Group and one of the most trusted voices in executive alignment, organizational change, and leadership facilitation.
She partners with CEOs, boards, founders, and senior leadership teams during the moments that matter most — strategic pivots, operating model redesigns, leadership transitions, and enterprise transformation — facilitating the structured, honest executive dialogue that turns complex discussions into clear direction and sustained execution.

Before founding The Mindset Group, Joni spent over a decade in enterprise consulting at Deloitte and Booz Allen Hamilton, where she led large-scale organizational change and strategic communications initiatives for headquarters-level government agencies and complex organizations. Her work focused on guiding senior leaders through major transformations by aligning people, processes, and culture around mission-critical outcomes.

At Deloitte, she served as a Human Capital and Enterprise Organizational Change Management Lead — advising executive teams on enterprise-wide initiatives and designing the communication and training strategies that enabled large workforces to adopt new ways of operating.
